David has had exposure to about all methods of tunnel construction, including specialised areas such as ground freezing and hand tunnelling. Working in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, and other parts of Asia and the Middle East has provided David the opportunities to experience and integrate with diverse cultures and workforces and so he can adapt his working style to suit.

Construction Analyses
Ability to assist in all aspects and stages of construction. Expert advise can be provided regarding construction methods, alternatives and associated risks. Design reviews and inputs to challenge business as usual and offer sound alternatives with demonstrated benefits. Solutions to problems can be developed independently or within a larger team
Tendering
Working within a team or independently to cover all parts of a tender process. Identifying and prioritising the critical decisions that need to be made in the tender Development of budget estimates, using well-resourced data and metrics.
Planning
From simple excel based time chainages to more detailed P6 programmes, the level of output is tailored to suit the Clients needs. Detailed production estimates and calculations can be provided to demonstrate the feasibility of each output provided. Define the goal, define the path, communicate the plan, and involve the team in getting there
Methodology
From writing Plans, Procedures, ITP’s and checklists, to reviewing them documentation can be provided to suit a Clients needs. High level or more in depth reviews can be undertaken to provide clients with independent advice.
